• Business Hours: Please be aware that we are closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

• Estimated Delivery: Items usually arrive within 7 days to 1 month after shipment. However, delivery times may vary significantly due to natural disasters, international situations, or during holiday seasons.

When shipping internationally, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may be levied by the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (the buyer).

If any customs fees are incurred upon arrival, you will be contacted by the delivery carrier (e.g., the post office). Please settle these payments directly with them.
