■ Defective or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that the item you received is defective or different from what you ordered, we will promptly provide a return or exchange based on your request. Please contact us via our Inquiry Form within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is processed, we will provide further instructions on how to return the item.

■ Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
