noi's shop & tea stand opened on May 17, 2025.

The store consists of a shop selling products and a tea stand serving herbal teas and ice cream. The back houses a laboratory with a distillation room, and the second floor will have a workshop space.

As we have always done at noi, we immediately distill and handcraft plants collected from the forests of Mt. Fuji at our store, delivering their wild aromas as they are.

We aim to be a "forest in the city," a store where visitors can take home "fragments of the forest," and we hope to continue this endeavor diligently for a long time.

 

Shop

You can sample all the aromas of products handcrafted from plants immediately distilled after being collected from the forests of Mt. Fuji. You can also smell freshly harvested plants on the spot, and newly made products are available in-store.

We also sell limited-edition and seasonal products that are not available online.

 

Tea Stand

In addition to seasonal herbal teas and drinks, we offer ice cream from kiki natural ice cream. Some flavors, such as those made with abundant noi herbs like kuromoji, are exclusive to this shop and cannot be tasted anywhere else.

There's also a space within the shop where you can eat and drink, allowing you to relax and spend some time.
